Job Description:
Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is the retail, gaming, entertainment, hospitality and cultural tourism entity of the Cherokee Nation. CNE operates ten casinos in Claremore, Fort Gibson, Ramona, Roland, Sallisaw, Tahlequah, Tulsa, West Siloam Springs, South Coffeyville, and Grove as well as two Cherokee Travel Plaza and convenience store, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues, six retail smoke shops, nine gift shops, two golf courses, two tourism welcome centers, four museums, three hotels, two horse racing tracks and KOA RV campground.

SUMMARY
Responsible for providing courteous and helpful customer service, stocking, maintaining cleanliness of store and stockroom.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
Responsible to service customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Responsible for stocking shelves, ensuring all shelves are filled.
Responsible for cleaning and maintain cleanliness of counter tops and fronts of counters, windows, doors and tops of shelves. Sweep all tile floors outside both doors and walkways remove all trash from parking lot and stockroom. Mop all tile floors, clean restrooms and restock all paper products. Empty all trashcans and put in new trashcans.
Responsible for daily supervision of Cashiers.
Performs other job related duties as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent and previous cash handling and customer service experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be able to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.
Must be able to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The duties of this position are primarily performed in indoor climate conditions.
