Cherokee Casino properties feature nine casinos and numerous retail establishments in northeast Oklahoma. Cherokee Casino locations are Roland, West Siloam Springs, Fort Gibson, Tahlequah, Claremore, Grove, Sallisaw, South Coffeyville and Ramona.

SUMMARY
The Stock/Bus Person is responsible for serving the guest in a fine dining environment with professionalism and by following the CNE hospitality guide sequence of service. Be able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment and by assisting the servers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Remove dishes from tables.
Set-up tables and get them guest ready.
Serve bread baskets to guest.
Greet tables with water and amushe busche.
Must know the sequence of service.
Keep the guest drinks full at all times.
Take linen list to managers.
Carry food to tables when needed.
Take orders when needed.
Attend training classes.
Fold napkins.
Prepare amushe busche and bread baskets.
Stock linens.
Mark tables.
Take out linen bags.
Duties may differ by work location.
Performs other job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma and 1 year of experience in a related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multitask
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Maintain a positive professional working relationship with management and co-workers
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a food handler’s card from the Cherokee Nation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than 4 hours a day. Works involves moderate exposure to unusual elements as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or load noises.
