The deadline to apply for this year’s Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association’s John Marley Scholarships is June 1, 2024 at 5 p.m. Applications are due through an essay that “describes an experience that forever changed your life and how it impacts your life today.”
OIGA established the John Marley Scholarship Fund in 2008 to provide educational opportunities for OIGA member employees and their families. It is dedicated to the search for knowledge and the provision of scholarships for eligible individuals in order to attend accredited colleges, universities and trade schools in Oklahoma or other states. The Fund is named for John Marley, a man instrumental in the development of the Association. A salesman by trade, Marley has preached the importance of education, and sharing knowledge, to Association members since its founding.
