In opening remarks at the recent G2E conference, American Gaming Association President and CEO Bill Miller took aim at the proliferation of predictions markets.
“It’s simple. They want the opportunity, but they don’t want any of the regulatory compliance, and they really don’t care about their concern for the public good, but these illegal actors aren’t fooling anyone. If it’s gambling, it needs to play by the rules.”
