Matthew Morgan has dedicated many years of service to advancing sovereignty and economic opportunity for Oklahoma’s Tribal nations. As Chairman of the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association, he ensures that OIGA fulfills its core purpose of educating and disseminating information to Tribal, federal, and state governments, as well as the general public, on critical issues relating to Tribal government gaming.
