The passage of Senate Bill 1434, introduced in the second session of the 59th Oklahoma legislature, would undercut Tribal exclusivity in gaming. While the bill would give Tribes exclusivity over brick-and-mortar sports betting, it opens up the online space for commercial operators, violating the existing compacts between the state and Tribes.
