It’s not often one gets to speak at a panel with two Tribal leaders as moderators, but OIGA Chairman Matthew Morgan got to do just that on the opening day of the 2024 Sovereignty Symposium. He joined in the opening panel session moderated by two esteemed leaders, Gary Batton, Chief of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and Chuck Hoskin, Jr., Principal Chief of the Cherokee Nation. 

He spoke alongside panelists were Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond; Tim Gatz, Director, Oklahoma Department of Transportation; Hershel Gorham, Lt. Governor, Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes; Baroness Emma Nicholson of Winterbourne, UK House of Lords; and Todd Russ, Oklahoma State Treasurer.
